Our full groom for short-haired breeds uses a shampoo specially formulated to promote shedding, combined with a high-velocity dryer and a selection of specialist tools designed to remove as much loose hair as possible during the appointment. For heavy shedders, we also recommend adding our Madra Mór Shed Safely Mud Mask, a deep-conditioning treatment that works at the root to reduce shedding between visits.

As a general guide, every ten to twelve weeks works well for most short-haired breeds. That said, heavy shedders like Labradors may benefit from more frequent visits, while lighter shedding breeds can go a little longer between grooms. Your groomer will advise you on the right frequency for your dog specifically.
