Every groom starts with two gentle washes using natural shampoo and conditioner, specially formulated for sensitive skin. Once clean, your dog is hand blow-dried and brushed out in our calm, cage-free salon, before moving on to the grooming table.
From there, the styling begins. Whether that's a personalised trim suited to their coat, lifestyle, and personality, or a breed-standard style for a classic look, every cut is tailored to your dog.
We finish with nail trimming, ear cleaning, and hygiene maintenance, and a light spritz of scent to leave your dog feeling fresh and ready to shine.

The listed prices represent starting rates for small, medium, and large dogs, with breed examples for size reference. Final pricing may vary based on coat condition and temperament, which influence the appointment duration and overall cost.
Every groom is tailored to your dog, so the time varies depending on their size, coat condition, and temperament. On average, a full groom takes around two hours. We'll give you an estimated collection time when you drop off and let you know in advance if anything changes.
Every appointment starts with a consultation. On arrival, you'll meet your groomer and go through everything together: your dog's coat, their lifestyle, the length you're after, and any quirks you want to keep. Your groomer will offer ideas and advise on what will work best for your dog. Once the groom is complete, you're welcome to share any feedback or requests for next time.
It depends on your dog's coat type, lifestyle, and how quickly their coat grows. As a general guide, we recommend a full groom every six to eight weeks to keep the coat healthy and manageable. Your groomer will advise you on the right frequency for your dog specifically.
If your dog has matting, we'll always discuss the best approach with you before we begin. In most cases, shaving the affected areas is the kindest option for your dog's comfort. The severity and location of the mats may affect the style and duration of the groom, but you'll be fully informed before anything is done. We don't offer a de-matting service as it can cause unnecessary discomfort. After the groom, your groomer will give you advice on how to prevent matting between visits.
We just need a few details to get the ball rolling! Every dog is unique, and this helps us tailor their grooming experience and book an appointment that fits your schedule.
