Many cats benefit from regular grooming, particularly long-haired breeds or older cats who struggle to maintain their own coat.
Whenever we have a cat in, the salon is theirs. No dogs, no distractions, just two or more members of our team giving your cat their full attention.
We offer two options:
Brush Out: Our most popular choice. Removes loose and dead hair, reduces shedding, and keeps the coat healthy and manageable.
Lion Trim: Ideal for cats with severe matting or skin issues. Using a safe, short blade, we clip the body while leaving the head, paws, and tail longer for the classic lion look.
A wash and dry can be added to either option for an additional cost. Nail clipping is also available at no extra charge, though we generally advise against this for outdoor cats.
Nail trim - From £30
Hygiene Trim - £30

The listed prices represent starting rates for small, medium, and large dogs, with breed examples for size reference. Final pricing may vary based on coat condition and temperament, which influence the appointment duration and overall cost.
Cats are natural groomers, but there are limits to what they can do themselves. Long-haired breeds like Persians and Maine Coons are particularly prone to matting, which can become painful and difficult to manage without professional help. Older cats or those with mobility issues may also struggle to reach certain areas as effectively as they once did. Even short-haired cats benefit from professional grooming for nail clipping, ear cleaning, and a thorough check of their skin and coat. It is less about necessity and more about keeping your cat comfortable and healthy over time.
We dedicate the salon exclusively to cats during every appointment, so there are no dogs present. Two or more members of staff are always on hand throughout, and we work calmly and carefully at your cat's pace. Cats have much thinner skin than dogs and can experience stress very differently, so we approach every cat with the specific care and handling that requires. We never rush, and we always prioritise your cat's comfort over getting the job done quickly.
A Lion Trim involves clipping the body coat closely while leaving the fur full around the head, paws, and tail. It is most commonly recommended for cats with severe matting that cannot be safely brushed out, as shaving is the kindest way to remove it. It can also be helpful for cats with dense coats who struggle to groom themselves, or those with skin conditions that benefit from a shorter coat. It is not suitable for every cat, and we always assess your cat before recommending it.
It depends on your cat's coat type and individual needs. Long-haired breeds generally benefit from professional grooming every three to four months to prevent matting and keep the coat manageable. Short-haired cats need less frequent attention, though regular nail clipping and a periodic brush-out are still worthwhile. Your groomer will advise on the right schedule for your cat after the first visit.
We just need a few details to get the ball rolling! Every dog is unique, and this helps us tailor their grooming experience and book an appointment that fits your schedule.
